EPRDM Assessor Course (2026)
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is inviting interested candidates to attend the EPRDM training course (EPC Course for Dwellings).
Entry Requirements for the EPRDM Course:
To enrol in the EPRDM Course (Energy Performance Rating of Dwellings in Malta) applicants are generally required to possess a relevant academic qualification.
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Built Environment, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering conferred by the University of Malta, or an equivalent degree.
Additional Information
Upon successful completion of the EPRDM course, to become a registered assessor, candidates must hold a valid warrant to practice as an:
- Architect, and/or
- Civil/Structural Engineer, or
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Application Timeline & Fees:
- Applications are being accepted until the course reaches maximum enrollment.
- All documents must be submitted by the stipulated deadlines.
- Fees:
- Registration Fee €50
- Course Fee €550
Courses will start in April 2026.
Payment Details:
Payment for the EPRDM course will be part of the application process form, once provided information has been vetted.
