The following information provides the required documentation for the various construction activities for both an individual and entity applying for a License of Contractors.

Construction License - Individual Person

  6. Declaration of Non-Bankruptcy
  7. Police Conduct
    – not earlier than 2 months from application date
    – good conduct for at least 2 years
  8. List of Certified Equipment

  9. Perit Declaration Showing
    – 3 years’ experience
    – 2 projects
  10. Applicant Declaration RE No Changes in Applications
  11. Number of Employees
    – Jobs Plus Certified
Construction License - Entity
  1. Entity Legal Status
  2. Registered Official Address
  3. Email Address
  4. Administrator Proof of Engagement – Board Resolution
  5. Proof of relationship between Administrator and Entity – Board Resolution
  6. VAT Registration Number
  7. Administrator’s Masons License or Mason’s License of a 1 Full Time Employee
    – in the case the administrator is not a licensed mason, provide a Jobs Plus certificate showing full-time employment of a licensed mason
  8. Declaration of Non-Bankruptcy
  9. Declaration of Good Command in English or Maltese
  10. Police Conduct of Administrator and Board of Directors
    – not earlier than 2 months from application date
    – good conduct for at least 2 years
  11. List of Certified Equipment
    – certification number
    – copy of certificate
  12. Perit Declaration Showing the below:
    – 3 years’ experience
    – 2 projects
    – competence if administrator is not a licensed mason
  13. Applicant Declaration Regarding No Changes in Application
  14. Number of employees
    – Jobs Plus certificate
Demolition - Individual Person
