EPC assessors increased by 30%

The Building and Construction Authority recognized the achievements of more than 150 students who completed a course in the Energy Performance Rating of Dwellings in Malta (EPRDM). The course has led these students to become assessors and therefore consult the public on energy performance in residential buildings.

Contractor’s License Application Form

The Chief Executive of the Building and Construction Authority notifies interested parties that the application process of the Contractors’ License will be open from the 24th of July till the 31st October. Applications can only be submitted online on www.bca.org.mt. The license required for the activity services in: a. Demolition; b. Excavation and Piling and c. Construction.
