The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is pleased to announce the introduction of a new service designed to enhance communication and support for Periti regarding their projects. Starting Friday 4th April, 2025, Periti will have the opportunity to schedule in-person meetings with Permitting Officers to discuss any concerns related to specific files.
These meetings will take place every Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM at the BCA offices. This initiative aims to foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that Periti can address their queries directly with the officials responsible for permitting decisions.
To schedule a meeting, Periti are encouraged to send their requests to [email protected]. The BCA encourages Periti to utilise this service primarily for complex cases where over the phone solutions are difficult to be found, ensuring that the meetings are used effectively.
The introduction of this new service reflects the Authority’s commitment to improving the permitting process, and facilitating open dialogue between the Authority and professionals in the construction sector.
