The education section within BCA aims to increase the standards and educational level of all employees within the building and construction industry. Supporting skills development is one of the main responsibilities of this unit. Other goals include encouraging employees to sharpen and upgrade their skills, as well as addressing skill gaps within the industry through various courses offered by the Building and Construction Authority.
